The website copier,
now in your browser

HTTrack Online downloads entire websites to a ZIP: every page, image, stylesheet and script, with links rewritten to work offline. No installation, no command line, no waiting on your connection.

How it works

From live site to ZIP in three steps

The engine reads the site's sitemap, downloads the rendered pages and every asset they reference, then rewrites all URLs so the copy runs anywhere.

πŸ”—

1. Paste a URL

Any public website works: a builder subdomain like my-site.framer.website or a custom domain. Pages are discovered automatically from the sitemap.

⚑

2. We crawl it server-side

Pages, CSS, JS, fonts, images and videos are downloaded in parallel from our datacenter, including assets hosted on separate CDN domains that desktop copiers miss.

πŸ“¦

3. Download your ZIP

You get a clean folder of standard files with relative paths: open it offline, archive it, or deploy it to any static host in one drag and drop.

Programmable for every builder

Export from any website platform

Site builders rarely let you leave with your files. The copier works from the outside, on the published site, so it works with all of them.

Why online

Built for the web HTTrack was not

The classic desktop copier predates JavaScript rendering and CDN sprawl. Running the same idea in the cloud fixes what it cannot.

🧠

JavaScript-rendered pages

Modern builders assemble pages in the browser. We capture the rendered output your visitors actually see, not an empty shell.

🌐

CDN-aware crawling

Assets live on framerusercontent.com, wixstatic.com and friends. The crawler knows these patterns and pulls everything into the archive.

πŸš€

Datacenter speed

Parallel downloads from a server, not your Wi-Fi. Typical sites complete in under a minute with live progress.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is HTTrack Online really free?

Yes, exports are free while the service is in beta. You paste a URL, we crawl the site on our servers and you download the resulting ZIP.

Is this the same as the HTTrack desktop software?

No. HTTrack is a classic open-source desktop copier (and a trademark of its authors); we are not affiliated with it. HTTrack Online is an independent, browser-based service built for modern JavaScript-rendered websites that the desktop tool struggles with.

Which websites can it copy?

Any public website with a sitemap: sites built with Framer, Webflow, Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Notion and more. It captures the rendered pages plus their CDN-hosted assets and rewrites every URL to relative paths.

Is it legal to download a website?

Copying a site you own, manage or have permission to copy (backups, migration, archiving) is fine. Copying someone else's site to republish it is not. You are responsible for how you use your exports.

How long does an export take?

Most sites finish in 15 to 60 seconds. Large sites with hundreds of assets can take a few minutes; the progress bar streams the crawl live and the page keeps polling until the ZIP is ready.

What do I do with the ZIP?

Anything: browse it offline, keep it as a dated backup, or drag it into Cloudflare Pages, Netlify or any static host to put the copy back online.
